General Shipping & Processing

Orders can take 1-4 business days to process before shipping. Once your order has been placed your shipping option cannot be changed. Unless otherwise noted on the product page, all orders ship from Hong Kong.  

Note: Overseas courier services are experiencing some transit delays. Tracking details may be slower than normal to update. Please allow for additional time for all deliveries. 

Shipping – Hong Kong 

Free delivery to be offered for orders of HK$250.00 or above.  For orders below HK$250.00, delivery fee of HK$50.00 shall apply.

All Hong Kong orders are sent out using SF Express.  You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.  

Estimated delivery: 3 - 7 business days (please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing)

Shipping – Overseas

Free delivery to be offered for orders of US$100.00 or above from most of the countries / cites in Asia. For orders below US$100.00, delivery fee of US$20.00 shall apply.

With a minimum purchase of US$20, all international orders will be sent out via FedEx express service which can take up to 10 days.  You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.  

Please be aware that customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.  

If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, orders cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded, shipping charges also will not be refunded (but we are happy to work with you to get the goods back to your door).
