Returns & Exchanges

If the items you receive have quality issues, at Prym Consumer Asia we offer a 14 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods. Items must be returned in the original box and in their original condition, with all labels, tags and packaging attached.

In this instance, Prym Consumer Asia shall replace the damaged items with the same items in good condition or with similar goods. No refund will be issued.

In no circumstances shall the liability of Prym Consumer Asia to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.

Please send email to pca.general@prym.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product and shipping materials within 7 days upon receipt to ensure speedy customer service response time. Failure to contact us within 7 days voids any responsibility we may have had.

Returning items will be at the cost of the customer. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Prym Consumer Asia cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Items cannot be returned for non-quality related reasons.

If there is any dispute, Prym Consumer Asia reserves the right of final decision.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt at: pca.general@prym.com. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Items purchased internationally must be returned at the shipping cost of the buyer. All other rules and restrictions apply.

ADDITIONS OR CANCELLATIONS

To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your order carefully before you check out. That being said, we know that mistakes happen. If you have forgotten to add something to your order or you wish to change it, please email us immediately. And, as we are not able to add items to an existing order, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be responsible for submitting the order again.

Please Note: If the order has already been processed, then cancelling the order will not be possible.

If you wish to cancel your order completely, you must contact us within 24 hours by email, the order can only be cancelled if it has not been processed or shipped. If the order has been processed or shipped, then the order will stand and cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued. Prym Consumer Asia reserves the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason.
